Bringing Twitter to life on a blog
Minnie Muse, a New York-based fashion blogger, uses Postano to bring her Twitter stream to life on her website. By pulling in only visual content from her Twitter account (in other words, no text-only tweets) and styling it to match her website, Minnie Muse created an engaging and visually appealing mashup of her social media content on her homepage.
Minnie Muse used our lightbox option to deploy this content – meaning that a button triggers an overlay with the social content over her homepage. This way, she allows visitors to view and engage with the content right from her homepage, without taking up much real estate and without driving visitors away from her site (where she can monetize and leverage traffic). Postano also allows visitors to the site to share, tweet, like or pin her content without leaving the page.
